Based on this chapter, as well as the few previous chapters that did show off what things look like from Tsuyoshi’s POV, his main power is primarily a sight-based one. His sight allows him to identify the motion of things in general (the arrows) as well as to identify key threats to his life (the things that are glowing). Using this sight, he is able to move and fight in such a manner that he avoids most threats and strike his opponents in their weakspots. In addition, he is seemingly able to analyze and copy his foes’ techniques.

Nah, thats too shallow, it also does not match with the fact that multiple times he has been able to avoid and counter attacks from behind.

The visuals are that, just a visual representation of his senses, how he views the flow of energy and how certain objects also give some sort of negative energy. We also saw this in his home and how it has a big range otside of his line of sight.

Also during the fight of the other tai chi dude he pretty much explains that he uses Tai chi as it is a martial art focused on the control of energy flow.

Im sure we will get a better explanation later in the manga tho.
