Unrealistic. Maid uniforms weren't invented until the first Roman doujinshi.

Rosaceae (The rose family of plants, including apples) date back to the Eocene (56 to 33.9 million years ago) and had small-cherry-sized fruits, but apples proper didn't diverge/evolve until the late Miocene (~10 to 5 MYA).
Flowering plants totally were around in the Cretaceous ("many fossil plants recognizable as belonging to modern families (including beech, oak, maple, and magnolia) had already appeared by the late Cretaceous." -Wikipedia) but most modern botanical fruits weren't; ginkgo fruits, and not-technically-fruit "false" fruits occur on some pines, yews, and junipers, as well as berry-like fruits on gnetums and ephedra. Some of which are definitely red.

tl;dr: Apples and modern fruit didn't exist back then, so Tyra probably brought a cluster of smaller red false fruit over instead.

The hoodie I'm imagining as translation convention because Tyrannosaurs were of some degree of fluffy.

The maid outfit though? Definitely unrealistic. :p
