Basically the Girls' Love tag here and Yuri (and Subtext perhaps) on Dynasty Scans, and Female Only tag on the adult sites.

Great question. There's the issue of scanlation and the issue of discussion. I don't know of any alternatives especially for the latter. RR, HBR and even some stuff in the general thread are dearly missed, even if it hasn't been long yet.
