If you go back and read the original by the author (a few chapters are here on MD) you'll see he keeps it. But it's specific, and not everyone has a stealable skill. He needs to be stronger to do it. He still gets his butt whooped from time to time and suffers loss. Lots of the low level bullies still do fall to him though. That is, unless they change things up for this iteration.

Okay, I decided to make a few edits after reading through it again and letting it sleep overnight.

1. Fixed a typo.

2. I changed Sword Mastery in the passive skill to Swordsmanship. I misread 剣術 as 剣技 which was used for the active skills.

3. I changed Sword Mastery and Fighting Mastery in the active skills to Sword Skill and Fighting Skill. I had a hard time interpreting 剣技 and 闘技, but after rereading the previous cancelled version of this, it is actually an active skill, so mastery wouldn't make any sense.
