Sadly the manga has been on Hiatus since 2021. There are no chapters to translate.

I can't read Japanese so I'm unsure, but it may be related to the author's health or some other personal issue. The fact the manga went on hiatus but hasn't been axed after 3+ years means there is an expectation by the publisher he will return eventually.

Could also be the... controversial LN ending made the story unmarketable. Only ever read 2 LN volumes but somebody spoiled the ending and yeah, definitely dropping it now.

Pretty good read.
Good manners require thanking the TL team but man, those last pages quickly stopped being cute and became annoying instead. Whiny even. Single child syndrome mofos.

The cutoff point seems to be the end of Book 2, but anime goes a bit further into the story. So book 2/3 is where the story is in LN.

Controversial just for the always offended western audience/ Anime Tourists. They never purchase merch, so they arent relevant anyway though.

I instantly believe the information about health issues. This happens surprisingly often sadly. Considering how overworked artists are in the entertainment industry I'm not surprised.

No game No Life (LN) = hiatus/delayed due to author health issues

Highschool of the dead = cancelled due to author death.

Berserk = hiatus/delayed due to author death.

You can also often read about delays in the afterword of manga volumes.
