Every chapter ends and notes the date on which it continues in the magazine. Since we're behind on chapters it makes no sense to include a date that's in the past, so we simply put to be continued there.

If you're referring to the "END" tag on chapter 3, MangaDex admins didn't understand the serialisation status of the series so it took forever for them to rectify it. The series was originally planned as a short 3 chapter series, but due to the huge popularity it continued as a full series.

There's 9 chapters currently out in Japan, we're just behind. The series is still running and doesn't look to be ending anytime soon.
