I would love to know what your definition of "NTR bait" is, and how it applies to a 9 chapter 4-koma series that has only four named characters, and three of them are girls. Heck, they've only ever showed other guys even existing once in the background of chapter 1, page 3, and then a second time this chapter on page 9.

Well, in this case I meant an obvious misunderstanding where MC thinks that FMC has found someone else. And obviously it doesn't apply right now, since I'm talking about future chapters. So I fail to see how lack of male characters makes it improbable, since they can just introduce new ones, and the whole sequence could honestly take like 3 pages to be successful. It's really not a complicated trope.

Don't you know? Nowdays NTR is used for when there are two main characters, and there's any hint of any kind whatsoever that one of them might possibly have looked at another character of the opposite gender.

Yeah I'm not seeing what this guy is doing wrong. I mean I guess in the context of "it's a romcom manga so the two leads will get together", sure, but if you think about it realistically, this girl is low key crazy. "Never stick your dick in crazy" Remember that her whole reason for liking him is because they both have the same interpretation of a character in a manga. Shared interests is obviously good for a relationship, but it seems like that's the ONLY reason, and she gave herself a complete makeover to become his ideal girl. Can anyone say "obsessed"?

While her reason may be minor there are plenty instances where something so minor as liking the same things lead to a relationship. It's not really that crazy.

Also any girl that changes her looks to match what you like is girlfriend/wife material.

No one in the manga has any guts to tell him that.
