I find the author forcefeeding his idea about what helping people is to be kinda dumb. If you're so overly insecure that any help is identified as silent bullying then perhaps it's you who is fucked in the head, author kun.

Writing stories doesn't always means it's how the author actually behave/thinking in the real life dude, if that's the case there'll be hundreds of authors who are murderer from crime genre which involves psychopathic characters.

Teru is seriously pathetic, the MC is also seriously pathetic, the authors view on helping people is seriously fucked, this series started out with some potential, but that potential was brutally murdered just a few chapters in, and now the author is kicking the already brutalized corpse with this nonsense.

To me it felt like this was the opposite of that. This felt like the author pretty clearly condemning this belief by making it an obvious flaw in his characters.
It seems like the author is exploring disparate ways people see the concept of "help" as little mini character arcs. We've already gone through one way the MC's concept of help can be harmful, now he has the hard opposite view you think the story will stop there and not analyze how his new view can be bad?

I mean, maybe, I don't know this author, but that's not how it seems to me.

If you believe this manga then you are as alien as Haru.

Remember that Haru speaks at a point of view of a person that lives isolated from a society, an outcast, a terrorist, a serial killers bird's eyeview.

Author is trying to tell that sometimes, help is actually assisted homicide. Remember this has "comedy" tag so you can take his point of view for granted and plain fiction.
