So, you gave me a strike I see. So, you approve of and defend sexual assault I see. It was sexual assault not regular bullying that you're painting their crimes as. Ueno's only crime was trying to steal her clothes could've done what any normal person would've done and report him. No, they chose to sexually assault him for throughout middle school and then continue in college for a bit in Tsubomi and Kanako's cases, while Chisaki hasn't stopped yet going way beyond his original crime.

From what I remember in the story so far, I'm guessing it was Ueno's first significant interaction with a girl that would leave an impression on him and maybe he caught feelings for Chisaki at that moment, became friends or at least hung around the trio, then later he saw an opportunity (teenager puberty moment) to sniff his crush's gym clothes and the rest is history.

She is a predator, she just saw someone completely at her mercy. She knew she could blackmail him about stealing a girl's clothes with him having zero chance to be taken seriously if he complained about them raping him. She keeps using blackmail throughout the story, cowardly knowing that he can't do anything against it. For a person like that, there's nothing "to establish" other than power over another person for sadistic pleasure. She is 10x worse than the guy in the previous arc.

I'm saying that she is a predator through and through. It's not Ueno's actions that caused her to rape him. He became her target, that's it. She is clearly incapable of having a normal relationship and approaches men more as prey for rape than anything else. Just like the douchebag guy did with the girl.

Her character is that of a rapist and her rape of Ueno or whoever else who would take his place has nothing to do with social status or any other circumstances other than whoever is weak enough for her to prey on she stumbles upon.
