I think your analysis is consistent with what the series intends a sharp reader to infer. That having been said, I think conflating "empathetic" with "good" when maybe "cowardly" fits better is a mistake of japanese bdsm morality, and to put it more simply, "totally fucked in the head."
When the series' insufficiently-challenged assumption/thesis is that "hey rape victims: if you cum, that's twice as shameful as being the actual rapist, and you're the actual sick fuck here" it's perfectly natural to put "preserving your relationship with your chosen partner" as morally equivalent to "inconveniencing my rapist."
