Not really, I'm just following the series and paying attention to what the author is saying, no offense but I think you're leaning too hard on Prison School and comparing it to this series.
No offense, but I think you're getting a bit obsessed with Prison School at this point. I've only mentioned it twice - and both times it was only in relation to the plotpoint of "a wholesome pure-love relationship that is built upon lie" (which both stories feature), rather than same genre/story/author or whatever else you imagined in my words...
No offense, but I'm not getting obsessed with anything, just making you understand that this isn't like that series or rather there's no need for you to compare this to another series, just focus on this series and let events play out.
I've read this since beginning and ueno simply doesn't seem interested in moka, even the story doesn't show a building relationship between the two of them as much as with the trio.
That doesn't mean ueno has to have a bad ending, it just means they just weren't interested in the other in that way, it's normal.
And we've seen ueno actually enjoying a more normal sexual interest with tsubomi for us to not know how ueno actually is when he enjoys something. Ueno is not sexually attracted to moka and the same for moka.
Oh boy it's juice and jam time. Honestly I am both surprised and not that Kanako would be the one to screw the pooch in some way. Despite her coming across as the mature one of the group, she is just as impulsive when it comes to Ueno and prolly the hardest to read sometimes. I wonder exactly how this is gonna go down, will she apologize and try to smooth things over, will she assume Ueno is no good for Moka and own up to what happened possibly outing him as a masochist, this has been the most exciting chapter since the two started dating. I know Chiskaki is suppose to be the main bully, but I can't help but feel the author is working his kinks out with Kanako in alot of ways because the series seems more interesting when she is involved (or I am just a pervert lol)

For better or for worse, Kanako knows how to move the plot around due to her actions, lol.
But yeah, Kanako can be hard to read. Sometimes, I wonder how the author will resolve Kanako's storyline. From her enjoying sex again, to the fate of her relationship with Chisaki and Ueno, I hope the author gives a satisfying conclusion for Kanako.
We'll just have to wait and see, for now, I do think Moka and Ueno will remain together, that's usually how these stories go and the bullies girl will porbably just bow out.
Ueno somehow is involved with a threesome between the two. Not taking it off the table now considering what we just saw. In less than a second, Kanako undid EVERYTHING Ueno resisted when he made it official with Moka. But prolly won't, I am just conflicted between wanting to see her bully Ueno more and the poor guy actually getting a happy ending

Ueno needs to get with Tsubomi, so tsubomi can make up for bullying him and they can both heal together.
Two broken people, cant heal together, the last chapter proves it and now we are running in circles.
Ironically, with Tsubomi they actually had some real growth. With the other chick, it feels forced and it doesnt work.

I need to read Prison School to understand the references.

There are few comparisons tbh. Prison school is way over the top compared to Ueno, the main comparison is women bullying men, but the overall vibe is incredibly different. Still if you got into this series due to the femdom, the same maybe true for prison school, just don't expect the characters to be as well written
I don't think a Tsubomi ending is on the cards, I still believe Ueno and Moka can make it work, just needs communication and mutual understanding, I don't see the author giving this a tragic ending, not after their recent comments and as CwHart pointed out the Prison School comparison doesn't really work, the two series don't have the same tone.

Chapter 69 is out and free to read! How will Moka react to what she just saw last chapter? Read the summary and the chapter to find out.
The chapter begins with Moka thinking about the kiss she had with Ueno when she noticed Ueno following Kanako. She followed as well and witnessed the moments of Kanako kissing Ueno and her praising him from cumming for that kiss. After calling out Kanako and Ueno, Moka ran away. Ueno chased after her, leaving Kanako behind as she contemplates what she did.
It didn't take long for Ueno to catch up with Moka. As it rains, Ueno drops to his knees to apologizes what happened. Moka's shocked tone then shifts to a colder expression as she started interrogating Ueno. Asking Ueno if Kanako and Chisaki are his friends with benefits. When Ueno was too stunned to answer, Moka loosen her ponytail and coldly demands Ueno to answer her questions and not to tell her a single lie.
(Meanwhile Kanako was still on the campus asking herself what she is even doing...)

I'm pleased Moka didn't jump to conclusions and instead asked Ueno some uncomfortable questions about not only what happened, but why he reacted like that. I'm also pleased it didn't long for Ueno to admit the truth to Moka that yes, he can only get aroused when gets bullied by the bully trio and for Moka to reveal the lack of attraction from that kiss, especially compared to her ex-Riku. I thought it would take them having terrible sex and aftermath of that for them to admit the whole truth to each other.
For them to start being honest and transparent to each other, will be one big step in allowing them to break their programming for good. Good for them!

Sometimes, I wonder what strategy Ueno and Moka will do together to break their programming after being honest with each other. Going cold turkey solo wasn't going to work out long term since a single kiss from their tormenters brought them to the brink and the new couple lack sexual chemistry.
