Did you not see him just try to force his will onto Kei by wishing to turn him back into a boy just so he could try to force Noel back into avoiding Kei because of gender so Eito could go back to monopolizing Kei? Because that's what he was attempting to do there by wishing Kei back into being a male. Make Kei his and his alone again and isolate him from his only other friend since he knows Noel pretty much didn't believe in Male/Female friendship before this and the only reason she was comfortable with coming back and reforming their bond was Kei's gender change making her comfortable.

Yeah I don't like either of the Love Interests but that pretty cleanly dropped Eito's standing significantly just because of the clear intention behind what he did.
