I wouldn't mind, and actually I think that'd be pretty interesting as long as it's Uesugi/Eito in the end (because it feels like the feelings were there regardless of the change, being a girl just brought it to Uesugi's attention). If Uesugi went back and somehow ended up with Noel, that's where I would draw the line.
Somehow it feels like Uesugi is only staying a girl for the sake of his friends right now, which feels like a weird message. We're still working on it though, I'm interested to see if this story is actually going to have anything worth saying or if it'll just be cute slop.
