The whole Dorami's mom arc was useless. It could have been anyone there giving them info on Onyx, and we would have been spared the stupid excuses for abandoning Dorami in some random place (Why then btw? They clearly were fine for years, and she was undiscovered to this day, so couldn't she wait until Dorami was old enough to be independant?), and not reuniting with her even though she could live as a human like she wants, in a country where she wouldn't have to hide.

That's not true at all... The copyright holder can subpoena Mangadex to reveal information on the user that infringed on the copyright. Which then, the copyright holder can either send the user a cease and desist or take that individual to court depending on their country and copyright laws.

The chances of this are extremely low, especially if you're a small uploader, but not exactly 0. But if the copyright holder is petty enough and has enough $$, anything's possible.

#1 unless dex is actually rolling over for these people (it's doing the bare minimum of removing the chapters it needs to) no they can't not without fighting an uphill battle even if they are "in the right" requests for information like that almost never go through on the user level.

#2 even if it did such information is easily hidden at the user level as another comment mentioned burner Email.


#3 please do basic googling before you try to correct someone.

Dragons are not human. your judging them based off human expectations.

there are plenty of animals that ditch their offspring young (turtles being the big one everyone knows) and the manga pretty clearly shows that no one agrees with her decision even if they respect her wishes.

The fundamental argument of my original comment, is that no matter how small, there is the POSSIBILITY of it happening. You've commented twice now that supports that arguement. No matter how many hurdles the copyright holder has to go through, no matter how many legal systems they have to work against. The possibility of facing legal repercussions is not 0, otherwise you wouldn't have stated it's an uphill battle, nor even list out how many legal systems they have to jump through. You'd simply say "It's impossible." Now, if you want to continue this pathetic attempt attempt at having the last word in, I'm all here for clowning you.
