Kinda... There's one legit runner. It's kinda like the X Oguri + double Dominator setup. The difference is that Dominator is a speed debuff, while Mystifying Murmur is a stamina debuff.

More like I didn't have the time. I have the cards, and this time I got some good parents, but I only got them two days before CM started. Since stamina is hard to get, you have to highroll to get the stats you need. That means you need a lot of time to get good runs for your aces, which I just didn't have.

She's not bad. She can work as a stamina debuffer since she has Stamina Siphon. She also has 15% speed and stamina training bonuses, which make her easier to train for long-distance races.

Still lacking Oguri though.
