There is actually a chinese manhua called "I Eat Soft Rice in Another World" that has the reverse roles very well done at least until the final arc. There, men are the ones that have a pediod every month and even the lust of the MC is very low, and even when mc was a martial artist in his previous world and train hard to be strong in the new world, he never gets stronger than the women of that world and his heroines are the ones that protect him when he is in danger, he gets some W sometimes but his heroines are the ones that usually save him, and in the final arc is kinda implied that in that world men are the ones that get pregnant but autor doesn´t elavored, but is very obvious that men are the ones that have the babies, he marries all the heroines and have 1 baby,
