sweet lil chapter, cool seeing Shuli get to apply some of his growing knowledge while getting support from Haiji, all wrapped around a solid emotional core

nice having this and the last chapter to focus on the side characters a bit before we presumably jump into a new arc

That was a great chapter! Battle shōnen manga need all the downtime they can get. I'm glad that Shuli's introduction to this manga seems to have helped it find its footing. You just can't help but root for him! Hopefully Under Doctor will start bringing out the potential I thought it had; if that happens, I will be very excited.

Also, Shuli is an absolute absorber of knowledge. From zero to middle-school level in what, a few months? Kid's a hard worker!

Lastly, where the heck was Haiji in this chapter? Is that a henchman that he was sitting on!?
