UNIQUE SLICE OF LIFES - I'M TIRED OF READING ISEKAI ALL DAY

All right now that I have your attention, I've gotten sick of reading isekai/regressor/VRMMO type of mangas and I recently got back into slice of life and holy shit is it a satisfying genre. I just want something which has characters with actual personalities(sick of overpowered MC) and good cast that actually have chemistry and comedy that actually hits not some bullshit like grabbing a girl's boobs by mistake.
It doesn't need to have a plot but I don't want it to be one of those manga which have nothing happening each chapter(Sakurai-san wants to be noticed) , also I can't handle the teasing mangas like Uzaki-chan or Nagatoro-san etc. so refrain from those. Ecchi is fine as long as it's not the 'plot'
Examples of Godly SOLs:
The Story Between a Dumb Prefect and a High School Girl with an Inappropriate Skirt Length
Blue Period
Do Chokkyuu Kareshi x Kanojo
Grand Blue
Temple (biased)
Even though all of these are completely different all of them fit my description so you know what I'm looking for, please recommend me so I can escape my self-imposed Isekai hell. Also if it has an anime I've probably watched it so don't recommend godly SOL anime thanks

Not sure if they can be considered unique or not, or if you will like them as well, but I really enjoy them.

Machida-kun has been on my to read list for a long time and I know it's gonna be good but sure I'll see what I think about the other 3, they do seem pretty unique especially seigi no mikata, I'm not a big josei reader infact I may have only read under 5 josei manga ever but I'll try it out,

read machida otherwise you’ll regret to know that you’re way too late for machidanism; if you think machida is not enough then try to learn yugaminism as machidanism is the antithesis of yugaminism. cheers

ayy nice, just incase, check out Ballroom e Youkoso its not necessary slice of life or romance (yet I hope lole) but it sure has one of my absolute favorite couple Chinatsu and Tatara, I recc to just stick out with the manga though.
and Hikaru no Go too, its a classic, like Sangatsu no Lion without sadboi vibe, doesnt have as much side cast but more into the board games and also have some chief kiss character development. idk how good the animu adaptation.

MawMaw covered most of the suggestions I was about to make.

Still, I have a couple that I can suggest:
https://mangadex.org/title/14377/relife Quite good slice of life, has an anime. Enjoyable.
https://mangadex.org/title/22801/raise-wa-tanin-ga-ii An genre under-represented with how it focus on Yakuza. It's not much of a happy-go-lucky SOL, with the 2 mains characters learning to live with one another. The art style is very good and the story benefits from an author who actually can write a story and keep it entertaining.
https://mangadex.org/title/1154/gokusen Since I'm talking about Yakuza, check out Gokusen if you're looking for a laugh. That one's old, both in years and in style but it serve it's purpose.

Don’t know is this is considered unique but Horimiya is a really good slice of life manga and it has an anime this season. Really good chemistry between all the characters

https://mangadex.org/title/48471/the-twins-circumstances
It’s about twins that discover they aren’t actually twins. Really cute

Looks like people have been pretty thorough with the amazing SoL reccs, so I'll toss in a few that are a little more niche. There are a lot of robots.

https://mangadex.org/title/20723/witch-hat-atelier
Witch Hat Atelier's hard to categorize strictly as a SoL, there's definitely a plot and stakes here but it's very very slow burn. Shirahama takes their time establishing the world and pushing information about how society and magic work, so the main plot of Coco being used as a pawn in a tug of war between two factions of witches is something that happens in spurts between them just trying to live their life. It's gorgeously drawn and one of my favorite manga. If you liked Blue Period, I think you'll like this one.

https://mangadex.org/title/21613/bocchi-hakase-to-robot-shoujo-no-zetsubou-teki-utopia
Lonely Professor and Robot Girl is written and drawn by the guy who writes Sousou no Frieren. It's a post apocalyptic story about two survivors trying to find more people, and it's just as depressing as Frieren, though arguably sillier. It's a pretty short read, I enjoyed it a lot.

https://mangadex.org/title/46011/boku-no-tsuma-wa-kanjou-ga-nai
My Wife Has No Emotion is about a guy who marries his human shaped rice cooker.
It is very very very weird, and questionably romantic. But it's cute and interesting...? It's still up for debate whether or not it's sad that the MC is so lonely he falls in love with a mass produced household appliance.

https://mangadex.org/title/19341/atom-the-beginning
Atom: The Beginning is one of my favorite manga!! Also questionably SoL, as it does have a plot that advances, though in varying amounts between scenes of the main characters' college lives. Atom is a prequel fanfiction of Astro Boy, and follows the lives of Ochanomizu and Tenma, the two scientists who are father figures to Astro Boy, as they go to college and develop the prototypes of an AI capable of free thought. The main character is their 6th creation, A-106, who's slowly coming to question what it means to be a robot. Sometimes there is punching!! It's a really fun sci-fi about some dumb college kids with more intelligence than wisdom, and the really dangerous scrapes they sometimes get into because they don't have any sense of the gravity of the work they're doing.

hey, there are even more classic or experimental series i'd like to suggest:
Genshiken (ignore nidaime tho, its unfunny)
Solanin
Kantoku Fuyuki Todoki
Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei
Welcome to the NHK
Asuperu Kanojo
Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction
Kuuden Noise no Himegimi
Shimeji Simulation
Touhou Suichouka ~ Lotus Eater-tachi no Suisei just came to realization that touhou is plausible to be isekai, really never thought in that way, but dont be too sceptical, its a whole different culture in the current mainstream; also, plenty of older offical works exist, but this seems to be the best one so far
i will leave it at that for now, but definitly have more things to throw at you

@Yatsuki

Thank you so much for introducing me to machida and seigi no mikata, I've read the other two and all of the ones you recommended were a quick good read.
