Okay so just throw that one chapter in the trash and start over with mc as a US citizen, and spread the plot out so half a sentence and half a page doesn't skip over what should have been at least two or three pages worth of plot. Then I'll give it a rating above a 4.
(you don't have to make it american if you really don't wanna, but with pacing like that, it doesn't even pass for a 4koma sort of quick-plot so that was atrocious to read through)..

Not gonna lie, at first I thought the title was "I got reincarnated AS a gun with unlimited ammo", and I got excited for a minute.
