What can I say girl... I do share the same feeling as you atm "you are the worst" we all know what's on that paper and what you are going to do next.

It hurts to see the realization that the senpai had. I guess it hit her... hoping this drama sorts itself out quick quick :meguuusad:

Thanks for the TL.

I definitely understand where she's coming from with all this, but I also know how much it must hurt her senpai to know that she feels that way, to basically have known it from the start but tried not to think about it until she forced the issue. And it can only hurt Tsumugi to know that senpai feels that way, too. Neither of them are really doing anything wrong, but they're both hurting the other and then getting hurt knowing that they're hurting the other and neither really has an out.

For Tsumugi to not her her senpai, she needs to give up on a core part of her worldview, one built out of a deep hurt and giving up on would feel to her like she's in some way replicating the hurt that was directed at her parents.

For her senpai to not hurt her, she needs to kill a part of her that gives her joy, something that you can tell from every part of how she's acted has given to her a feeling that she's long lacked in her life and completed her in some way.

And neither of them want the other to go through that so you can see both of them actively considering going through it themself to prevent the other from having to. In the end, someone is going to get hurt in some way.

It's obvious that Tsumugi likes her senpai—or at least she's interested in her—but that clashes with her desire to defy the "thread of fate." I'd understand if there were no love between them, but there is love, even if it's just a spark.

How beautiful is a relationship that lasts a lifetime and beyond: the first and the last.

I'm kind of frustrated with how their relationship is developing, but that's just my impatience talking 😓

IMO, the MC is kind of stubborn. This thread thing only complicated what could have been an easy relationship

There are a lot of overly fluffy and romantic yuri you can read. There are no other yuri (to my knowledge) which center around this particular interesting dynamic.
Thanks, I know there are many different types of yuri! I just expressed my frustration about the lack of progress in their relationship. I didn't take a shot at the manga or say that it's bad. I'm not convinced by the source of the conflict here, but you don't have to agree with me

I'll keep reading it 😊

If you're frustrated with the fundamental premise of the story because it keeps the story from being overly fluffy and romantic, then why keep reading it?
I don't think I expressed myself very well. I enjoy romance and fluffy, but I also like conflict, drama, and toxicity. Hell, I even like cheating if the story is good!

I'm just rooting for them to be together, all right? I hope she can overcome her thread complex

So are we going to address the elephant in the room that is the thread yet or are we going to continue this arc? I don't think its bad but I feel like they should start addressing it now since the string obviously does not work in the way she thinks it does

Neither of them are really doing anything wrong
I really REALLY disagree with that.
Even if you don't reciprocate someone feeling, you can't just tell them to just STOP feeling things. The only reason her senpai is even going along with it is because she cares about Tsugumi more than her own well-being, but what Tsugumi is doing is pretty abusive. I'm sure she probably didn't intend for it to be this way, but she selfishly wants her relationship with her senpai to go back to what it was, no matter how much it would hurt her senpai to do so.
