Unread Chapters Only List

It should be possible to hide 'read' chapters on 'Follows', that way releases by slow scans won't get lost if you don't read them immediately.

Also, not sure if it already works like this, but "Completed" should also be incorporated to "Reading", that way, if there's any special bonus chapter or something, posted after the "End" chapter of a manga, it won't get lost in the "Completed" list.

It must be friday. Because its time for another of this exact request being made.... Follows already shows if youve read a chapter or havnt read it.

As for marking something "Completed", an apparent quote from Teasday was "If you didn't complete it, don't mark it as competed".
