There’s no way we’ve gotten to the point where authors are trying to use telekinesis as the “super weak but it’s actually OP” skills. Like one of the most famously strong powers that is used in one of the biggest franchises(star wars) is being portrayed as weak. Not even that, but the weakest skill in history.

I thought the point of this sub genre was that the skills supposed to actually be something seemingly useless(like knitting), and then the character changes how they look at the skill and it turns out to be good(you can unravel your enemies or something like that).

Next we’ll get an mc who has the weakest skill in history, “times stop!”

i think they are allergic to putting actual effort in their manga because they only think about how good it'll sell not how great the "story" will be sadly and apparently this author ha this genius thought "hey if i say an skill that could be op is actually useless in my new manga people will have to read it!"

Yeah, I'm tired of these too. And I don't even read them. But 8 out of 10 times I click on something with an untranslated title, it's either isekai of some sort or a variation of this.
Can't these dudes pirate some GURPS sourcebooks to get some inspiration? George RR Martin co-created a shared literature cycle with a premise almost like MHA way before MHA after doing just this.

I totally didnt just not read the chapter at all and skip right to the comments just to say that these authors are really pissing me off with the title premises. Telekinesis as weakest? Then having arms and legs are impractical. I honestly think that it would feel so good to give these author's head a little smack for these stupid ideas. "i have the ability to be the strongest but its the weakest skill" i pray for that title to never exist.

Like why cant we just have a normal character having a normal ability living a normal adventurous life in a normal fantasy world.

Why manga authors can't make actual useless skills and then improve them? I mean, there's Oda over there creating all sorts of weird powers and you're telling me the best thing this author could come up with is telekinesis?
