Uploading manga from years dead scanlators who stated they don't want their releases uploaded to readers

I want to add the Oriko Magica scanlation chapters (from like 2011) to here, but the group stated that they don't want it uploaded to readers. However, they're dead and so is the reader that was on their site for it. Because of that, I was wondering if it would be allowed to be uploaded to here. Please answer ASAP.

@xPearse We ignore those kinds of messages. Groups can come to the site, claim their group, and remove their chapters if they have an interest in keeping their scans off MangaDex.
