They'll dump all the work on you, make you stay and do overnighters, go home on the last train, get too tired to eat and sleep in your uniform and go back to work after 2 hours of sleep the next day while wearing the same inner shirt worn over by a neatly ironed coat you thankfully have not forgotten to prepare during that weekend.

Also, no promotion for you. They'll keep you around as a corporate slave your whole life with no chance of climbing the career ladder until you retire at the age of 60 with minimal savings to your name.
