One of the creepiest chapters thus far, you can bring a giant monster or an unnerving otherworldly presence but you can get over the first shock pretty quick, but atmosphere that gets creepier and creepier like this is more scary, this place will really fuck you up even without the 4th kinds

Damn, I really love this scp-style stuff. None of that "insane girl with powers, but still actually just a very/mere human threat" or "teasing plot thread about long-haired girl being resolved, but nope, won't ever do that and she'll just be visible at times" stuff (though those ones are good too, just that I have a preference for scp/cosmic horror).

So you have to be a certain range for the jumping urge to affect you huh? Also I'm sure this won't happen, but I keep thinking that the other one will break the ceiling and kill them all lol

Might also just be that he's designating who he wants to affect and both criteria must be fulfilled (was only one person at a time), or at least likely that he must likewise be aware of you even if he doesn't have to consciously pick one (so he was aware of the ppl in the building, but not the snipers).
