@vp787: This is the biggest problem with many text to video adaptations. It's handled in a lot of different ways. Some add internal narration voice sections, some slightly alter the dialogue in order to express internally-narrated thoughts in conversation, some try to express the feelings and thoughts through visual means such as emotional expressions and body language, and others do none of the above and omit the internal dialogue. It is more common to see the first solution in series with small casts like this one, especially when based on 1-2 main characters.
I think it will happen in later episodes at least. It may be that this first episode was already exposition heavy enough that they didn't think it was necessary to have Sorawo think things like "I'm scared" or "She is beautiful" when they can simply show terror or a blush visually.
