In case other replies were a bit ambiguous/hard to understand: This is the wholesome manga route with a story and an ending that would fit into a serialized manga. The 9.5 picture released here hints at the other version without being "too much", tho.

Regarding the NTR:

The author (NTR and rape enthusiast and artist) stated that there is "another version" and "prelude(?)"(in a really ambiguous way), calling it "the other owner". That one is already out and she ends up being a prostitute, going all the way. The act itself is seen. Readers speculate it is the club also shown in this manga. Author also said on socials that they really wanted to draw NTR of a "certain rabbit girl" and, at a later date, asequel to that one. Peeps are coping that there is some different names involved or that it ain't canon etc. Feels like heavy cope to me as the author seems to have randomly included NTR and rape involving the FL many times before. Tbh, author literally just wants to draw NTR of their female characters and even says it like that. That's all there is to it. No deeper thinking should be involved. The ACTUAL ending is whatever the author wants it to be and I believe it is not the "happy" one.
