To give it a reference in real life it would be like a mining town but the ores are infinite; typically these towns die once the mine(s) are empty unless they do something else in the meantime to bring in money.
IMO this is semi-realistic at the least: a huge "mine" that never runs out of "ores"? This would bring a lot of money and people; eventually his would cause other problems IRL but its fine for manga.

Just really hope Eltina and the other guild clerks don't get screwed because of him. Even if Eltina wasn't the nicest, she was always honest and never tried screw over Yuuta.

Here's hoping she joins Yuuta as some sort of clerk to handle any paperwork/a nanny for the kids

If there're fish there should be "cows", but those take time and resources to grow, the monsters ingredients only need (in the fire dragon's case) that someone new steps into the room for it to be avaliable again

Heck, it could’ve been resolved way earlier if he just hadn’t screwed over mc in the duel. Even if he wasn’t necessarily a spirit mage, the dude was clearly stupidly powerful and the GM decided it’d be better to just piss him off for basically no reason. Imagine the boost to his power and reputation if he’d just recruited him!


as much as I’d like that, he’s not looking to make an enemy of the entire country. Yeah he’d probably beat the 3 s-rank adventurers and the entire army but he’s got no reason to start a fight with them. Just agree to sell them rare materials for an insane amount of money. Heck, they might even make him an honorary noble and formally give him the land he’s claimed

That would be a fair remuneration, he has 4 great spirits on his side; his pupil already stated the obvious, mc could conquer the whole world (not that the spirits would help with that, but the power is there)

It took a while but the comeuppance is so damn tasty in these stories despite everything else. NGL though I hope that this becomes a chance to expand the world a bit now that the royal govt and the overall guilds are getting involved. Maybe a new city; maybe some fast travel; maybe pursuing a material that will allow him to further develop in the wasteland; maybe just a meeting with the higher-ups in the guild on the horizon?!
There’s so much that could happen.

Which one? The one with the clear intent to get him to the guild in the first place in chapter 82, deliberately so public that he wouldn't have a choice to refuse, or the one to stop him from dueling (massacring) all adventurers present in chapter 86?

I mean more to having a choice of where to fast travel/who has to go where. It can still be all Sylphy, but having a choice between two disparate locations or having a constraint of “we need X done by Y time at Z place” would help add some tension to the pacing.
