No, that's not true at all. A lot of romance works have the theme of slaves within a brutal prejudiced society but most have happy endings (heck even most isekais nowadays have this trope). NTR in the first place isn't a very common trope/genre.

People being mad is to be expected cause simply... it is NTR. Majority of people don't wanna read NTR and stick away from it if they know about it. Thing is, a lot of unsuspecting readers got into this manga not realizing it is NTR and prob a large portion would be mad it is surprise NTR and thus would lead to review bombing.

This has happened already I think. There was a 4 tatami isekai manga which had surprise NTR and got review bombed (some say it was NTR bait, it's a bit complicated). Most NTR manga are review bombed even if they're not surprise NTR really, so don't be surprised if this one gets review bombed as well.

Regarding the fear of fans, dropping this manga from the Mangaka's history,
I personally am not convinced this web-manga is meant to shift to the dark ntr porn, at all.

I don't recall many, if any, dark Hentai Artist turned sweet romance manga creators (774 Nanashi, etc.),
but I don't think I've ever read cute romance manga abruptly shift to something negative.

Except for Gal Cleaning and another that I can't remember its name that got cancelled when the Mangaka got arrested, I think. Otherwise, all to say that this phenomena of manga is extremely uncommon.

Although, what I think the original post deluded and exagerrated everyone else's assumption is that alternate porn of a series means canon event or unquestionable transfer to the manga.

Thus, I'd like to clarify that porn from a Mangaka's creation is mainly not canon to the original story, and completely seperate as fantasy. Meaning it is not meant to be for the original story.
So, I think everyone needs to relax, and hope that we get a proper continuation of this potentially great sweet manga.

... To be fair, I could be wrong, but I don't see anyone actually translating and reading his posts or afterword of that porn version of the manga. So, until then, I don't know what the man himself says about this manga, if anything.
