Is Goa-san realising as a dead person he takes away her decision to live or is it because he knows that if she walks this path she will leave him too and that is why he manipulates her?
WTF is going on?

I love her, Your Honor.

I mean, he's very obviously been evincing guilt over siphoning her lifeforce over the course of the last couple of chapters, so yeah, that. Loving a person unselfishly means wanting the best for them, after all. I don't know that getting back together with the hubs is the way to go for that, but I figure he thought "at least it's a living person who won't steal her precious lifeforce". (Personally I think she deserves to have some happy single life for a change and fuck around a bit if she wants, but I definitely know people irl who are like "I GOTTA have a partner or I don't know what I'll do".... seems tough)

I think if she wants to live she starts being a poison to him which is why he started burning up so she needs her miserable for his needs and is manipulating them

This is ironic that when she got motivated to live with the ghost, her will to live actually burns him.

He synched so much with her seemingly when she was in her lowest state, especially when she wanted to be alone with him.

But now she decides to leave her husband, it actually makes her will to live.
This drama is so full of contradiction, but I actually enjoy it.

I like how the series works almost entirely on emotional logic, rather than say deductive logic or anything else, and stays consistent with it in the story's universe. As baffling as everything is to me, since I operate in a completely different way but recognize that people do think and operate like this, this series manages to make it palatable and entertaining.
