I feel like this should have been the last chapter, yet the manga is still 'ongoing' according to manga-updates...

What if he imprinted on her unborn child 😱

Would still be less bad than Twilight if he reincarnated as a little kid.

Sorry but why did only the husband get any type of characterization? Why was everything the wife struggled with herself ignored? Why was everything she did just brushed aside as some small road bump, as if the husband was purely the issue? We know from the early chapters she had her own communication issues. She cheated on him with a ghost for multiple chapters. Not once was any of this addressed properly as being part of the faults she had. The husband was just completely fine with everything because he was the only one who got build upon and now everything is all fine and dandy.

Am I supposed to root for that? It doesn’t really make me as a reader want to sympathize or even care about her when she had to do none of the same improvements or even acknowledging of her own faults. Not one apology. Not one change. Hell before the ghost disappeared she was still breaking down over the fact their “love” couldn’t be real, and you somehow want me to skip past that?

Like am I missing something? Nuance? What? Where? There is no nuance at all. The whole manga can be boiled down to: Husband changes, relationship saved. Completely removing any and all nuance there was when both had issues that were clearly the reasons why it wasn’t going well. Making everything suddenly only be an issue because of the husband is not only removing said nuance, it’s also just the narrative straight up lying to us.
