I don't mean to be judgmental, but someone with too nice nails and hands is a bit of a flag for me. Like shes saying, it likely means that person never has to work with their hands, which could imply inability to work with their hands or no need to work with their hands because they are catered to. Both aren't qualities I'd look favorably towards. Not that nice hands are a turn off or red flag, but its something that brings questions to me.
