Yes and no. They dont rly have an ill intent but their ultimate goal is to make MC convince Shino to go to the party so most of the hot boys go lol.

But to them they think they are doing a good thing and a favor, so yeah, its not like they are doing this with ill intent.

If they are just trying to makeover their friend's boyfriend to make her happy then that is wholesome in its own way....but they do want to use her to get more guys to go to this dinner thing, so like, maybe not so much. I have read too much other stupid drama like shit that it is clouding my judgement.

That's their ultimate objective, sure, but they're not going for it at the expense of Shino or MC's comfort or happiness. They've been a bit forceful about it, but they're taking both of them into the equation from the beginning. I'm pretty sure if MC said a firm No from the start they would have given up.
In the end, their objective is less than pure, but they're good sports about it.

Dunno. The EPUB aggregator i use doesn't tag NU, though, so it would only show up if it's got serialized on a site that does prior to being compiled. A lot of titles are distributed this way (Otonari no Tenshi-sama and ChiRamune, notably).
