In answer: that “thing” in Uzaki's mouth on Page 6 is a poorly represented tongue moving in double-quick time to demonstrate this sad virgin’s uber (and imaginary) lingual skills.
It is interesting how this manga has proven to be a train wreck in its debut chapter.
Gotta hand it to the author who has read the "How to create a new Manga" manual:

1. Find an offensive Manga (in this case, Uzaki Wants To Tag Along);
2. Modify it slightly, ju-u-u-ust enough to fly under the copyright lawsuit radar;
3. Add an angle that will appeal to the young at heart (fancy talk for young, sexually excited males);
4. Publish at your own risk.

I look forward to how this thing is going to develop. Well, much like watching someone's house burn who set it to flame themselves. I hope, I hope, I hope it's a deliberate parody of Uzaki.
