So it was a 2v2 after all. Amazing how'd those other readers guessed it haha

It's very likely that Lalos went in already knowing it'll be a 2v2 though, since he probably kept in touch with Fukurou right until the matches started. Whereas, Baku went in blind. So there's some info mismatch. Adds another layer to the third round and that calamity, since Lalos might've been betting that the calamity would cause something terrible to happen in the other match. Plus, if Baku actually had any idea it was a 2v2 alongside Hal, he probably wouldn't have been so eager to let Lalos in on the trick behind the cards and instead let him flounder more, since that move was more to bring Lalos to the same level and taunt him into using more oxygen.

Edit: Welp, I'm totally wrong hah

Fukurou is probably really good at poker because his he has the same expression on his face all the time

Fukurou has never been a joke. Surprisingly, if we consider his gonk appearance.
Baku was amazed Suteguma had "defeated" him, and his flashback with Leader is played pretty seriously. He has to be a more than decent player.
Personally he's been on my radar for a while because he apparently doesn't use any of the tricks most Kakerou members rely on.

Like he doesn't make people play a game they've never played before, and explain the rules poorly, and then maybe cheat.

He plays an extremely popular game that has clearly defined rules and requires both luck and skill. And is legitimately extremely good at it. He's a big shot.
