Is the Mangaka of this manga doing both art & story?
Because the art changed extremely after a few chapters in, and looking at the last 500-ish raw chapters, the quality of art degraded very badly.
Anyone knows why?
I think because Usogui is his first serialization, and he studied art fairly late (late 20s), he was still improving and figuring out his own art style.
I also don't really like his later/new style which appears in his current manga (Batuque). The anatomy of his characters become very different.

There's no english sub online from what I can find. I was given a torrent to the chinese sub, PM me if you want it.
It's a pretty low quality OVA in my opinion. It only goes through the game phase of the Hangman arc, so no action & fighting, and animation is simplified.

There's a live action series coming out, but there haven't been any updates on it for awhile.
As for the anime itself, no info on it. All we can do is speculate.
I know Usogui itself was fairly popular (its volume releases regularly reached ~#20 on Oricon charts). Maybe if the live action series is well-received, there may be a chance. It also depends on how busy the author is with his current serialization I suppose.
