I can sorta see where she's coming from. Friends can be anything. They could sacrifice themselves for you, or not. They could constantly tease and poke fun at you, or hype you up. The main point of a friend is that you enjoy their company, everything else is mostly secondary.

Miho got some point about knowing how to lie means Satsuki can save people better, but "afraid to look like a bad guy" is nonsense. Saying "you're gonna die" already destroy her reps, and drowning a child shows she's not afraid looking like the bad guy.
