How did Shiina turn it off to begin with ? Was she willing to blow Satsuki up ? She couldn't be sure Satsuki was out. Also, how Akira know Satsuki was in the gym ? And up to top it off ? Which make less sense to Shiina not knowning Satsuki was still in. And why there was only Akira body in the gym ? Akira would have die but not Satsuki ? Too many questions and we will got so little answers.

What was the reason for blowing up gymnasium at that point...? I guess she was sure Satsuki is already out... since there was no reson for her to stay in the building (except depression which kinda doesn't suit her, so she should not suspect Satsuki will be like that).
She just wanted to scare off our-almost-bomber? Show that Satsuki was evacuating people for a reason?

You mean the gymnasium where all the evidence would point to the one who actually set the explosives up and stabbed a person as opposed to the one that hijacked the plan when the police arrive?

It's operated by a smart phone. Presumably there was something you could press on the box that would let you sync it to your phone. And it seems like she didn't turn it off or take it off, but fiddled with the box so it'd be controlled by her phone instead.

So Akira, who was thrown from a bridge and hit by a car on her way down, is 1) able to walk and run np like two days later, nothing but an arm injury left, 2) has already been discharged, 3) somehow knows what's up (probably thanks to Sae, instructed by Miho, but there's no way enough time has passed in between) and 4) is somehow more relevant to this specific moment in the story than the police.

Hats off to Ryouko for ruining the story in such a short while. I really should just drop this.

The lack of adult intervention in this series is pushing the limits of my suspension of disbelief.
Whats the timeframe on the last few chapters?

The time frame of this whole volume? (Ch 69 till now) is around 1-2 hourish max. (its more likely that it only happend in around 45 min or less)

This all basically happens
Seo-san is in the room where she is prepared to die, but gets saved by Minazuki.
The classroom explosion was prevented by Teacher, as Komachi is for some reason helping Seo with covering up the explosion of the classroom.
Seo was also the one who prepared a trap murdering the whole school in the opening ceromony by tying these death to her survival so the corpes dont appear before her surviving her death.
That gets foiled by Shiina and by Sayoko (Presidents girl) by
1. Shiina finding the remote control of the explosion
2. Sayoko evacuating the gymasium
Most teachers were in the opening ceremony (they held down Satsuki) so ofc they couldnt see these dangers

Satsuki while had a mental breakdown after finding out that her whole saving everyone gets to called into action after Seo tries to outright Mass murder everyone and Kai dying because she saved seo again. Additionally her whole standpoint of saving everyone got asked into question the whole damn series, where now is the breaking point of that because of Seo, who tries/can to murder more people because she saved.
Because of that she now had enough and now wants to off herself. Satsuki assumes the explosion still happens (because of that one corpes on top and thought it was her own one. Turns out it was Akiras corpse and she decides to rescue her. Seo in turn got goofed and Shiina somehow rerouted the remote to her phone(?)
So yeah, climax of a lot of things which actually happened in only like 45 min. The whole thing didnt had adult intervention is that
1st most teachers were at the opening ceremony
2nd the most loudest thing that happened here was Satsuki crashing through the window, as everything else up to now was only an assumption
3rd prez death was on the other side of the school so nobody really was there too
