First Shinichi's dad made a move on me, then he got beaten by his son and soon after got KO'd by his wife for joking about her nipples. They're fine with the marriage btw.

That being said, I still have a feeling that their parents will get along great once meeting up.

I love how the comment section is split between Sherlock Holmes jokes, and maybe getting a bit too peeved about the dad being scummy. Me thinks perhaps that is the joke and isn’t meant to be taken that seriously.

People hate the dad, not just because of his perverted antics, but because he is an overall shit person and absentee parent who came back, had a kid with his wife, and didn't inform his son at all for over 2 years. It's already hard to find anything the asshole does as funny, but the story tries to treat him as a serious character by having him give consistent life advice to his son. Life advice... from a man who shouldn't even be alive.

As other's have pointed out, Hana is talking to Shinichi there. Everyone is in the same room for the talk. I'll add a "Senpai" in there for good measure, though it should be apparent given the context, as Hana hasn't met Shinichi's mom before, so that wouldn't make any sense.

Nah that's your own fault, like I and other have stated, this has been well established a long time ago, there's no reason for you to be confused by that, even the anime introduced Nodoka as his sister

Overall, I think the more interesting thing is Shinichi overall. Like.. he completely blacked out, and destroyed the backyard. His parents are like super humans. Dad can barely contain him now.

Honestly, I think thats the most interesting part of the chapter (along with the mom going into how the doctor saying they are more amazing then 20 year olds). Yea the comedy is good, but im more curious about their background.
