As weird as this sounds, “Men” don’t exist in 90% of modern RomCom manga other than the MC. They just interact with cute girls, only new love intests will be added.

Of course there are exceptions. Close Family, Old People, and for some reason “Rapist Punks” who attack the Heroine (this is so common in Japanese stuff tho, every Persona or Yakuza is chock full of em)

I don't remember there being that many rapey dudes in Yakuza (unless you count random dudes hitting on girls on the street), but there was this series of quests about "Twisted Trio" in Judgment, which was basically about three sickos you have to fight.

I can think of dozens of side stories and main plot lines that have punks attacking woman, from little girls in Majima’s arcade side stories to reporters, female detectives, BDSM Doms all threatened with rape before you save them heroically. I think it happens so often you don’t even see it lol
