I love it when the plot gets more interesting after something changes in the new timeline. It also shows motivation as in why the prince would even consider having Yunifer executed when it seemed like he didn’t care about her in the first place. The prince likely thought that it would be the only way he could protect her.

I really hope that Yunifer and the prince get stuck in some one on one time, so she can frankly tell him that his plan to protect Rael by hurting her is really, really stupid. Especially considering how powerful she is. For me I think the whole scenario is quite hilarious as she would be afraid for her life in one minute and turn to drop some very obvious advice the next.

@Lohengrin In Ch. 13 when Yunifer witnessed Rael's and Cassian's breakup. Cassian spotted her and grabbed her arm which resulted in Yunifer elbowing him really hard to get away.

@MtnCat: What Plyofana wrote. And as long as the pace is faster than the release of new chapters, it will catch up early enough. I for my part prefer quality over hastily, stitched together translations. As long as there are no breaks of 2+ months in between (in this manhwas case maybe 1+ month) it's A.O.Kay. There are 2 to 3 releases each month. What's there to bicker about?

Here's a theory: Ishid, in the original storyline, was also interested in Yunifer at first. As he watched her from afar, he also ended up watching Raele as both of them were friends back then. So in this original plotline, there is no bad blood and he knows her as his crush's friend. Then later, when he realizes how much she's suffering because of the crown prince, he sympathizes with Raele and ends up falling for her, unknowingly breaking Yunifer's heart who liked him to.

In this storyline though, Yunifer didn't want to be Raele's friend anymore and kept trying to avoid her. Raele, though, followed Yunifer everywhere and thus Ishid came to see her as an eyesore who was aiming for Yunifer's attention when he himself couldn't get it or bring himself to ask for it. This whole backstory then explains why they give off a feeling of competitiveness.

I know that people might think yunifer is being mean but she has to distance herself from Rael for her own survival. And isn't it weird how Rael obsseses over her even though they technically weren't that close from the beginning

I'm struggling to figure out why she seems to so desperately want tk get close to her, it seems a bit much for wanting to be friends in a way.
