This is an interesting premise. It has the potential to be a cool commentary about villainess tropes in otome games/stories (though perhaps not as on the nose and blunt as something like Cheating Men Must Die) ... Or it could turn into total misery fest. We'll see! Thanks for the TL!

JUST FINISHED THE NOVEL!! I CRIED A LOT!
EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED

MAJOR SPOILER AHEAD. READ IT IF YOU ARE READY TO FEEL ALL KINDS OF EMOTION IN THE WORLD

MC ends up with the prince
Eclipse (Slave/knight) betrays the MC but in the end dies saving the MC
Older brother(D) realized his feelings for MC but it was too late
Younger brother(R) only had a brother-sister type of love for MC
The "hidden route" was the option to go back to the real world but MC decided to stay with the prince
MC in the real world got cancer and eventually died since her soul stayed in the otome game.
Yvonne (The real daughter of the duke) is the antagonist and is actually a member of a cult
MC was cursed that's why she was hated by her family in both worlds.

Bwahaha, despite how annoyed I am by all the mistreatment and injustice, I, too, find it kind of funny how the game's all like "ok ok welcome to the isekai, but follow the script pls".
Hold tight, you can do this, sis.

a literal game system other than the status crap (which is more rpg-ish tbh but its mostly manhuas that have them and china's full of rpgs so thats reasonable and i guess maybe i got a little tired of it)

pretty interesting :0

ANOTHER MAJOR SPOILER ABOUT MC.
Vinter's route is more complex that the others.
I used the name Vinter than Buinter because the author said that the pronunciation of his name was Vin-ter.

He was the one who brought Yvonne ( the real daughter) back to her real family. Yvonne was a member of a cult who worshipped an evil dark goddess and with the help of Yvonne, that dark goddess was brought to the otome game which lead to the destruction of their world and the MC's death.

1st life of MC: MC was a great mage who tried to warn the king, and the capture targets but the goddess has cursed MC so that everybody will think of MC as a very vicious villainess and everybody was brainwashed into loving Yvonne therefore MC was killed by the goddess. But Vinter was able to wake up from the brainwashed state of loving Yvonne and he really regret helping Yvonne, so Vinter used some elaborate magic to turn back time to try to salvage MC's soul, which ended up Making MC's soul tranmigrate and born in the modern day Korea.

2nd life of MC: MC is now in modern day korea (enter first chapter of the webtoon) but the curse followed to her 2nd life which explained MC's miserable relationship with her stepbrothers and father.

3rd life of MC: this is when she enters the otome game and became Penelope.

Virnet's love was labeled as "Eternal love, imperfect love". Virnet did love the MC but I guess the author never made them end up together because in the previous life, Virnet was the one who helped Yvonne and eventually caused the MC's death and curse.

Read a bit of the novel and what happens afterwards, and well:
She eats it as the other choices resulted in her death in the game, and for once the younger brother appears as it seems he didn't eat breakfast with her and is outraged, actually yelling at the maid, telling her to go to a doctor and actually wants the maid fired.

Turns out he hates the main character, but it's because she replaced his sister as he thinks she can still be in trouble elsewhere and here this girl is, and he was bullying her and hated her, but he actually didn't know just how much she was bullied, he at least seems genuinely shocked at what was given to her as food, even thought the main character sees that it was a common meal in her memories, when his older brother and the father don't fire the maid, the younger brother is actually genuinely shocked, he may hate the girl, but he wanted much more milder bullying, and doesn't think a person who can serve food like that to anyone, smirk about it and just watch is anyone decent and worth keeping her around, and when she keeps being the personal maid of the main character, he genuinely complains.

So, not perfect, as he was still part of the abuse and bullying, but he knows she is not his sister and comes across as genuinely not knowing just how badly his family and servants bullied her when he wasn't watching, it actually raises his interest in her and the more he realizes how she lived, the more pity and suprise she didn't turn out worse than she did he has, still, it's not a big love and the main character still recalls that he was part of the bullying and doesn't forgive nor forget any of it, particularly since he still comes at her hard a few times afterwards.
