The manga implies that it's the virgins fault for being virgins and seeing how he they, including the MC act it seems to be the case. If he just wanted to loose vis virginity he could've, but he didn't just loose his virginity, he wanted to do it with his crush, that since he is a virgin, didn't know about his feelings. So a classmate she has nothing to do with, comes to her late, all drenched spouts some nonsens and demands she will have sex with him. It's only natural she wouldn't want to have anything to do with him. Yeah, telling him to die is cruel, but it also gives him a clear message, that she doesn't care about him or his feelings, after a rejection, he could potentially ask her again later, with this he will now it's over.
