i assume alot of what your talking about comes from the LN because any reference to sharing has seemingly gone over my head from the manga. if your correct then im glad because thats a massive plot hole otherwise

if the women had a use being beautiful in ancient times i would have like some exposition explaining that in the manga along the lines "long ago men were the head of household even here with large harems to keep their lines going despite the disparity. but as the rarity of men made them more and more valuable women took that place and men weakened like an atrophied limb into the current power dynamic seen today, but their beauty has managed to persist as a vestigial reminder of that time" adding somthing along those lines to chapter 1/2 woulda really helped draw me in

Well now, let's run down the list shall we?

1. MC is another isekai reincarnator.

2. The world is dominated by the majority population of women. All males are required by law to wear a metal chastity belt.

3. The sexual preference of the women are scrawny shotas. Meanwhile MC is buffed like Guts

4. Direct superior is a loli princess who wants his companionship.

5. "Best friend" wants to fuck him.

6. Crown Princess wants to marry him.

7. But what MC wants most of all, is to rail the mother of all MILFs; the Queen.

Most of it is in like the first chapter of the LN. The manga doesn't really skip anything, but there isn't much in the way of an explanation. The men are shared by the women, but nobles share men among nobles.

My conjecture as to the reason for they're beautiful is just by looking at biology and our own human cultures. Arranged marriages have been a thing in our world for thousands of years, yet women can still be beautiful and men can be effeminate - especially in those cultures where a woman's beauty usually didn't matter. It DOES in fact matter to others of the same sex. So there's no reason why it wouldn't in their world.

Also, men are "protected" and coddled in their world, but it never says that a girl can have any and every guy she wants. So even in villages where men are communal, the men still have a choice regarding whom they will spend the night with.

Otherwise, some of those men wouldn't be able to be in brothels where they can charge money for the less desirable women to be able to bed them. So girls being pretty does apparently matter.

Why wouldn't those guys want to sleep with stronger and muscular girls? Well, you would certainly assume that, but like I said, the LN and the manga don't show much in the way of animal husbandry or hunting for meat. As such, I think it's illogical to assume that women would have the protein for muscles. They'd be more emaciated and lanky like medieval times.

Alright, okay. If you're going to have a premise like this, you really, REALLY need to spend some time fleshing out the society they live in, or everything is just going to be confusing and awkward. Clearly the mangaka thought a lot about the politics in this world and not the society that drives the politics. How odd.
Also why is this an isekai? This has no reason to be an isekai. There is no narritive purpose for this to be an isekai. Fucking why?

It's because there aren't any chapters to translate. The scanlators are actually ahead of schedule. The second volume of the manga has a reprint due to popularity, and they'll stall the release of the third volume until those sales die down.
The official translations of the first volumes of both the manga and light novel is set for October 2025, so I bet that's when the third volume will release.

I did the research, and the serialization likely has NOTHING to do with it. Based on their Twitter, the artist gave up after the second volume. They're publisher rushed them a ton and then they got complaints about quality, and it all built until they couldn't take it. They either quit, got fired, or both. The series is dead, and the last thing the artist posted was a reply on August 29 2024. Their Pixiv is dormant, and I don't think we'll see anything from them again. We should probably mark this as cancelled. If you want more of this series, go buy the LN
