So this really is a story of how some monstrosity being released upon “us”.

Since I saw some comments above that seemed a bit confused, to my understanding (please correct me if I made a mistake):
1. Messiah-chan was possessed by Leviathan, a demon that can control space. This is all happens in a different world, literally an “isekai”.
2. To complete the possession, the demon trapped Messiah in a separate dimension.
3. Crow wanted to kill the demon by killing the vessel, he broke in to where Messiah was confined, but, he opted to use himself as a vessel because he did not want sacrifice others.
4. Messiah managed to get away from the opening Crow made, but Crow was not completely successful in killing himself along with the demon, he is potentially fully possessed now in a separate dimension.
5. For reasons not fully explained yet, all of Messiah’s streams go to what’s supposedly our world. This is all possibly (or implied to be) the influence of the demon (since it controls space).
6. And so, since the demon is going out of its way to connect to all this to what supposedly our dimension, once it managed to get ahold of a vessel it will be going here.
