I only just recently realized the pattern in the girls’ names. Haru=spring, natsu=summer, aki=fall, fuyu=winter. And yes, those are the kanji used; I checked the raw for chapter 1.

“This little girl is my daughter Koharu, and this is baby Manatsu!”
“Lemme guess, you’re aiming for four children?”
“…How’d you know?”

(I wonder what names the parents would’ve picked if any of them had been boys.)

I'll go against the grain and talk about something that hasn't been mentioned yet:
That Matsurida follow-up on the classic "Pain, Pain, go Away!" was extremely charming!

Also, can we at least wait until the new character actually does something before jumping on her? Since, she used Yukito's name, they know each other a bit. Probably a friend/neighbour and not a romantic interest. That will not stop Fuyu from feeling a bit jealous, but I think that could help her get out of her stoic state and push her to be truer to herself and others (as was implied a bit with the amusement park flashback).

Not only that, their crushes also have names related to their respective seasons:

Sakuragi = lit. Cherry Blossom Tree which blooms in spring

Matsurida = Matsuri means festival and ‘da’ can be read as the informal tone of desu. So you can read it as “It’s a festival!”. Festivals are often held during summer in Japan.

Tsukimi = lit. Moon Viewing, an activity done during fall.

Yukito = Yuki can be read as snow, ‘to’ is a particle meaning with. So it’s “with snow”. And snow happens often during winter.

Just a fun tidbit I wanted to share.
