That girl is wrong... it is exactly because On can control how her "selfishness" appears to others that she is a good leader.

A leader's job is to better guide their team to a good outcome, it cant always appease everyone, sure they shouldn't just do what they want and not see the satisfaction of the whole but a balance is needed so that things go well.

Doesn't mean those girls can't be dissatisfied by this, but it is what it is.

Dang no offense to the author, the dancing panels were great at first but he is overusing them & nothing is going on, they're just filler at this point. I would shift the focus on the character & reserve the dancing panels for impactful moments
