As the Volume Art shows, this is already at Volume 9. You can easily find the manga raws on other sites. And, the world has a Revival System, so him dying, doesn't have to mean anything. At most he'd be out gold(Ch 9 page 27), and back at the last church he prayed at (Ch10 pg5).

Oh right, what if another key for a revival is the doll princess?
They act like a memory card that record/“save" the hero status n progress, without it even if that man die nothing can be "load" automatically on the church?

You learn a bit more about the revival system in the next couple of chapters, in short, the Doll Princess isn't involved with it. We've already been told that Nina only has about a 6 month life span (Ch9 pg 2), so she couldn't be part of the system, long term.

I think the game explaining restore points was foreshadowing what's going to happen to foxkiller. As in, he won't be reviving.

He is eventually, after a back and forth court trial, scentenced to death, but his power means that he will definitely revive and be relaeased. I dont remember him making another appearance after that though
