This revive thing is bs, I don't remember but can they be revived indefinitely? What are the limitation of this? If no limit then isn't it so easy to take advantage of this cheat immortality and teleportation?

There's usually a penalty for dying (dunno if stats, or a chance of perma-death, or what, but it's mentioned), but as Alex mentions if you have max Vit/Luck, it doesn't apply. So it's not that it's a system anyone can abuse, it's just a system that you can abuse if you specifically stat yourself for it.

I assume the only types who can even max those stats out would be heroes or well-trained people, in which case there's more important stats for leveling up if you want to actually be useful. Alex just got a build specifically intended for being a sleazeball, rather than anything productive (possibly because whoever is pulling his strings asked him to do take that build/manipulated him into doing it).

It's probably like the Wizardry games world. Reviving is normal for everyone as long as your corpse (even just bones) can be found but eventually your err.. soul just refuses to return and if the priest fails the process enough times your bones turn to ash and you die permanently.

In this world's case though, seeing as they somehow disappear and leave loots when they die, it's possible it might be a case that it worls only in certain areas. Maybe there's places or methods where they'll jist die when it happens.

Dont they have the whole guild as proof of that guy being a complete nutcase? This shit doesnt make sense
Agreed. It doesn’t make any sense. The entire judicial process is taking the word of one guy over like 20+ witnesses. And it’s based on who files the report first???? It’s the same incident where one party claims they were killed unjustly and the other claims to have killed in self-defense effectively, so why is it treated as separate cases?

It sounds like the judges have the power to see 'the truth' but how that works isn't explained enough for any of this to make sense.

So you can just kill someone, report it first and blame it on the third party that just so happen to be passing by? That's hella convenient.

Looks like they have the super effect of seeing when someone speaks a lie.
But because the judge is actually the most worthless shit alive he asks multiple questions in every sentence while taking only 1 word answers.
Meaning if you apply that 1 word answer to first question in the sentence it might be true, while second question it might be false...
Judges are clearly uneducated as fuck, it's amazing how dumb this is.
