Obviously rushed by the axe, but not the worst ending I've read.
The story I think was on the right track otherwise, showing a welfare leech taking advantage of someone that actually needed the help, corrupting her to his ways while also feeding off her.
If it had kept the slower pace it had at the start it could've gone on for another 20-30 chapters before having to introduce something new to the story, could've just deepened the situation with the debt collectors, the nurse, the streaming, the father and their interactions with welfare agencies, friends, and acquaintances. Could've even had a less heavyhanded ending by showing what the author wanted during the actual story.... Damn.
